Loans from £250,000 up to £25 million
Loans from 6 to 24 months

Interest Rates & Fees

Case by case dependant. Typically from 0.7% to 2% per month
Arrangement and exit fees between 1% and 2%
Valuation and solicitor’s fees to be covered by the borrower
If required, QS or monitoring surveyor fees covered by the borrower
Interest can be paid monthly or rolled up and compounded

Security

Secured lending
1st or 2nd charges accepted
Personal Guarantee
Subject to valuation

Timing

Decision in principal within 24 hours
Money made available as soon as legal work is completed
